My husband harvested 19 lbs! of carrots, squash, zukes and radishes for growgreencountry this morning!! Thanks to him for his support and hard work towards our program. Truth be told, he does the gardening in the family. I just support his efforts...take him ice water, lunch and supervise...hee hee.
Anyway, Heather and I are VERY excited that harvest time is soon approaching. John 3:16 was very pleased to be getting some fresh produce today. Some of the guys in the kitchen did not know what the names of some of the veggies were...I was delighted to let them know!
That brings our total of pounds donated to 27lbs as of today!
